Job Description

Media Planning (20%)

  • Creating and executing a strong digital performance marketing strategy.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment.
  • Develop annual and quarterly media plans, and translate them into weekly and daily tasks with proper budget allocation.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet and try to exceed established critical metrics.

Digital Campaign Execution (70%)

  • Responsible for execution, day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against set objectives.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the results.
  • Prepare detailed SEO reports using tools like Ahrefs, Woorank, Screaming Frog, Dareboost, Google Search Console, Google Analytics…
  • Manage the content of the product’s K12 assigned
  • Identify powerful and highly potential keywords to drive the most valuable traffic to drive the content marketing plan and ensure the sites are optimized with the right keywords
  • Identifying powerful and highly potential keywords to drive the most valuable traffic to drive the target volume and high conversion
  • Work with team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Report & Analytics: (10%)

  • Analyzing and optimizing our digital executions.
  • Create rigorous A/B testing strategy so that we are always learning and finding new wins.
  • Generate campaign reports and implement key learnings for upcoming projects.
  • Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors; keep up with the latest SEO trends

Job Requirement

  • Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
  • Intensive experiences in Google Ads & Website Analytics (The most needed conditions). 
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including:
  • At least 3-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Highly goal-oriented individual.
  • Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
  • Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop at the max speed.
  • Have ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
